Located on the south coast of Antigua, close to English Harbour, the villa is the perfect base from which to sample a variety of wonderful restaurants and bars or to explore the island further.

"There aren't enough stars available to describe how breathtaking and beautiful Tolumnia is and how wonderful Kay's hospitality is. We were a large group of 9 adults and 2 children for a special family vacation, and Tolumnia was perfect! Each of the bedrooms having their own ensuite, together with the flow between the kitchen and indoor living spaces and the pool and outdoor living spaces make for a fabulous place for a large group. The master suite is spectacular and outdoor shower is an extra treat. Kay's personal touches and wonderfully warm hospitality made our stay perfect! Definitely coming back!"

"The house is beautiful, spacious, in great condition and very comfortable. The setting is absolutely stunning with gorgeous ocean views from almost everywhere. We loved the thoughtful layout and the nine of us never felt crowded. It felt like a private retreat but we were only a 10 minute drive from the beaches and restaurants of English Harbour. And Kay is a wonderful and extremely responsive owner. She is great source for recommendations as to restaurants, car rentals, things to do, etc etc. We felt very well taken care of."

"Great house, stunning views, marvelous host! We felt totally relaxed, it feels secluded and private but so accessible to everything. It’s as it looks on the photos and has everything we needed. Kay our host went out of her way to make our stay as great as possible and hooked us up with an amazing chef. Wish we could have stayed longer. We love visiting Antiqua the place is truly amazing and this is by far the best place we have stayed on island. "We had an incredible time at the house, I wish we could stay longer. The house is an impressive property with the most incredible views . Our favorite place in the house was the swimming pool and the evenings chilling out in the baranda admiring the view . The property is very clean and comfortable and the communication with the host was quick and helpful all the time. Will definitely recommend this place and we are looking fwd to come back."
